1. Reservation & Booking Policy

A valid ID and payment method are required at the time of booking.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.
Special requests (e.g., high floor, early check-in) are subject to availability.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in: From 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability & charges).
Check-out: By 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (late check-out may incur additional fees).
A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate plan (non-refundable or flexible).
Free cancellation may be available before a certain period, after which a cancellation fee applies.
No-shows may result in a full charge for the first night or the entire stay, depending on the policy.

4. Payment Policy

Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Cash.
Some bookings may require full or partial prepayment.
Any additional charges (e.g., minibar, room service) must be settled upon check-out.

5. Children & Extra Bed Policy
